This is the full version of the Oxford American EM handbook, including figures. This is a great resource for any resident to do quick reading while working in a busy ER! My only issue is that going between sections can be slighty tedious at times, though it is much easier than carrying around a 500 page book. The nice thing is you can bookmark topics, and search the text. Overall an excellent resource/EM app, and well worth the $!
